According to experts, the ninth month is very special for pregnant women. In such a situation many things had to be taken care of. Especially of catering. According to the news, Anushka Sharma included many things in her diet during pregnancy and kept herself fit.
Consumption of garlic and ginger during pregnancy is considered very beneficial. So Anushka used to wake up in the morning and eat 2 bud garlic. Which reduces the risk of diseases, besides it also helps in opening the cervix. Along with this, boiled ginger tea and ginger in water and drank light hot. Apart from all this, Anushka Sharma has consumed gum and azamine ladoos during pregnancy.
It is said that celery and gum give strength to the body. Simultaneously, Anushka used to take dates with hot milk. Anushka’s delivery was to be held in winter. So she used to consume many glasses of lukewarm water to protect herself and the child from the cold. Apart from all these things, Anushka has consumed plenty of ghee in broccoli and pregnancy. During an interview, Kareena also revealed that she consumed plenty of ghee during her first pregnancy.
